Todd Topor ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Topes Tones mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using Topes Tones, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: When you create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and a unique user identifier. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, we receive only your relay email address.
Profile Information: Your username, profile photo (if uploaded), and display name.
Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with the App, including tones played, tones favorited, tones deployed, and Community Exchange activity (uploads, downloads, ratings).
User-Generated Content: Audio recordings you create in the Custom Tones Studio and upload to the Community Exchange.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and push notification token (FCM token) if you enable notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not display third-party advertisements in the App.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which employs encryption in transit and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure Keychain. We implement Firestore Security Rules and Firebase Storage Rules to restrict data access to authorized users only.
While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Community Exchange tones you upload remain available until you or an administrator removes them. Usage analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

Topes Tones is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@topestones.com.
All purchases (Pro Caddy subscription and Lifetime Club) are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Apple's payment terms and privacy practices apply to all transactions. For details, see Apple's Terms and Conditions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
